In this immersive, one-day virtual retreat, you'll join Trenia and other like-minded women who understand the unique pressures you face as a woman in leadership experiencing burnout. Together we'll explore practical tools and nurturing practices designed to help you recover from burnout, get re-energized and remember what brings you joy!


Are You Stuck in the Leadership Depletion Cycle?

The Leadership Depletion Cycle goes like this: 

  1. There’s an inciting stressful incident or daily microaggressions that continue to simmer or go unresolved. Maybe it’s an issue with your staff or boss, the way you’re being treated or you didn’t get a well-deserved raise or promotion. 

  2. You take on more or keep getting assigned more work, even though your plate is already full. You don’t say No.

  3. That leads to frustration and exhaustion

  4. Stress level is high and you take a vacation or a sick day or two. You get away, have a chance to sleep in, relax and read a book for fun. You go back to work well-rested and refreshed…until you sit down and open your inbox. You see all of the emails that came in while you were away, even though everyone knew you were on vacation. Then you realize nothing has changed.

  5. The cycle starts all over again. You go right back to dealing with microaggressions, passive-aggressive behavior, unresolved issues and all of the conflicts and challenges you dealt with before.

When you go through the Cycle enough times, you realize nothing you’ve done to manage the prolonged stress is enough. The vacations and sick days aren’t enough. The pay is not enough. You’re burned out and something has to change!


During the retreat you will Rest, Reset + Reimagine your life and work to help you bounce back from burnout.

Why do we focus on this?

  • Rest: When you’re in burnout, it is so hard to think clearly. So we first focus on how you can make more time to rest! Because it is nearly impossible to escape burnout, make changes or move forward when you’re depleted and exhausted, 

  • Reset: You can’t go back to working the same way you were before, otherwise you will be stuck in a burnout loop (I’ve seen it happen). Pressing the reset button allows you to change things like how much work you take on, setting better boundaries around your time and availability or asking for more support at home. This will help you recover from burnout and work more sustainably.

  • Reimagine: This is all about redefining your values, what success really means to you and what you’re willing to do to get it, and how you can lead, make an impact and have the life you want in a way that’s sustainable. You get to dream and reimagine a life and work free of constant depletion and exhaustion.

Hi, I’m Trenia Parham. A Leadership Coach + Mentor dedicated to supporting mission-driven women leaders and founders. My passion is to help you recover from burnout, discover true fulfillment, and make a lasting impact in the world—sustainably.

With over 20 years of experience in social work, leadership, training, coaching, and mentoring within the nonprofit and public sectors, I've honed a unique blend of practical and holistic tools. This expertise, combined with my decade-long journey as a relationship coach, allows me to guide my clients to become impactful leaders without sacrificing themselves in the process.

I specialize in supporting mission-driven leaders on the brink of burnout, providing them with innovative and sustainable strategies to lead and thrive. Additionally, I assist organizations in building stronger workplace relationships, reducing conflict, retaining talent, and enhancing their overall tone, climate, and culture.

This virtual retreat is designed to give you a simple, easy-to-implement plan to recover from burnout by providing space and support to deeply reflect on your journey, share your experience, and gain new perspectives. Through a combination of guided exercises, meditations, and group discussions, you'll uncover the root cause of your burnout and learn practical strategies for healing so you can thrive again.

Throughout the day, you'll experience moments of deep connection, both with yourself and others. By the end of the retreat, you'll leave with a renewed sense of clarity, actionable steps to begin your recovery, and supportive connections to women who are on the same journey.

We take a holistic approach to burnout, so in addition to practical tools and strategies, you can expect guided meditation, journaling and breathwork to help calm your body, mind and soul.
